MODERATING QUALITATIVE RESEARCH
We have a wide variety of moderating capabilities including both in-person and online! Methodologies include focus groups, IDIs, in-home ethnographic interviews, shopalongs, online bulletin boards and store intercepts. We use creative techniques to keep respondents engaged and uncover deeper insights. Our reports include videos and quotes to bring the insights to life. Turnaround for a final report can be less than a week!
LEADING IDEATIONS
Through a proprietary brainstorming method, we lead your team through a series of creative adventures. Quick activities will keep participants on their toes and the ideas flowing. Adding non-company participants through our extensive network of imaginative consumers enhances the outcome of the session. Complete results are typically available 24 hours after the session.
FACILITATING TEAM MEETINGS
We act as a process leader to guide your team meeting. After we create your agenda, we will lead your team through energizing activities uniquely designed to meet your objectives. At the end of the day, we assess team energy and motivation so you can determine the critical areas to address. Within a day, you will have a summarized report of your session.

Kara Joy (Rocheleau) Lazarus
Kara is the Principal + Founder of Think Pink Idea Consulting. For 17 years she has helped companies evaluate ideas and facilitate the generation of new ideas.

Prior to starting Think Pink Idea Consulting, she was a marketer on top consumer brands such as Yoplait Yogurt, Pillsbury Baked Goods, and Poli-Grip. In addition, Kara spent several years marketing urology and gynecology medical devices to physicians and patients around the world for American Medical Systems.
Kara holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and received a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University.
Kara lives with her family in Minneapolis where she spends her free time running, cross-country skiing, and providing support for families with children facing complex medical challenges.
